About Our Laboratory

Laboratory and Methods

Plant Cellular Biology and Experimental Morphology
We conduct research on plant morphogenesis from the subcellular level (cell organelles including chloroplast and mitochondria) to the organ level. Though methodology comes primarily from the fields of morphology and physiology, we also draw from the field of genetic engineering as necessary.

Specific Graduation Research Project Themes

Areas of research: Mechanism of chloroplast division
